Does this actually work?

Partly—not end to end yet.

The private sharing link works. The Chrome cart reader still needs testing against a real Amazon cart, and Amazon rejected the experimental one-click cart transfer during testing. For now, recipients can compare the cart and open products individually.

Install once

Unzip the download, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode and choose Load unpacked.

Open your Amazon cart. CartShare collects product IDs and quantities only.

Send the link

Your friend chooses what they want and copies it into their own Amazon cart.
